Information you provide

• Contact and order details: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address, and order history.
• Account details: login and account information managed through Shopify Customer Accounts.
• Design details: estimated bracelet dimensions, selected materials, bracelet arrangement, saved designs, and cart contents.
• Community content: images, design names, stories, mood labels, and maker name when you choose to publish to Inspiration.
• Support messages: information you include when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

We may collect device and browser information, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed, interactions, referral source, and session identifiers through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from service providers

We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping partners, analytics providers, authentication services, and other vendors that help us operate the store. Payment card details are handled by our payment providers; Beadrift does not store complete card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide the site, Studio, customer accounts, and checkout.
• Process payments, fulfill orders, returns, and support requests.
• Save designs and publish content you submit to Inspiration.
• Personalize and improve products, features, and site performance.
• Send transactional messages and, with your choice, marketing.
• Detect fraud, protect the site, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

We may share personal information with:

• Commerce providers, including Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment partners, and carriers.
• Service providers that support hosting, analytics, security, customer service, and communications.
• Authorities or transaction parties when required by law, needed to protect rights and safety, or connected with a merger, financing, or sale of the business.

Content you publish to Inspiration is public and may include your image, design story, and maker name. Do not publish information you want to keep private.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for sessions, accounts, cart, checkout, and security. We may use limited operational measurement to understand site reliability and improve the customer experience.

We do not currently load third-party advertising pixels. Before we add advertising technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any consent or opt-out controls required by law.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message.
• Update available account information through your account.
• Manage cookies through your browser or available consent controls.
• Ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, subject to applicable law.

Email support@beadrift.com to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

U.S. state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing.

We do not sell personal information for money and do not currently use third-party advertising pixels for targeted advertising. If that changes, we will update this notice and honor applicable opt-out rights, including recognized Global Privacy Control signals where required.

In the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:

Identifiers

Name, contact details, account identifiers, and IP address.

Customer and commercial records

Addresses, order history, cart activity, and product interests.

Internet activity

Device, browser, referral, and interaction data.

Approximate location

General location inferred from IP address.

User content and inferences

Design choices, uploaded community content, and preferences inferred from site activity.

We collect these categories from you, your device, and the providers described above. We use and disclose them for the business purposes in this Policy. Recipients may include commerce, payment, fulfillment, analytics, security, customer service, and communications providers. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention varies by the type of information and why it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request deletion.

International visitors

Beadrift and its providers may process information in China, the United States, and other countries. Privacy protections may differ from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Third-party links

Our site may link to services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which we encourage you to review.
