Questions, answered simply.

Here is what to know before you begin a TINY-PET sculpture or portrait frame commission.

What photos do I need to upload?

One clear front-facing photo is required before adding to cart. You can add up to nine photos in total; side views, close-ups, and well-lit photos make the finished likeness more personal.

What is the difference between a sculpture and a portrait frame?

Full-body commissions are freestanding wool figures with sitting or standing poses. Portrait frames are dimensional dog or cat head portraits presented in a 30 x 30 cm square frame.

What kind of pets can you make?

The current products support dogs and cats. For another kind of pet or a special request, contact the studio before ordering.

How much are the portrait frames?

Each custom dog or cat portrait frame is 30 x 30 cm (11.8 x 11.8 in) and is priced at $399 USD.

How long will my commission take?

The current handmade production window is approximately 3-5 weeks before shipping. Final timing is confirmed after order review.

Will it look exactly like my pet?

Each piece is hand-sculpted in wool, so it is an artistic handmade likeness rather than a factory reproduction. Clear reference photos lead to the most personal result.

Can I make changes after work begins?

Share all important details in the uploaded photos and notes before work begins. Each commission includes a progress update before final finishing.
